About MeI am a PhD candidate in my 5th year of study in the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. My research has been published in the Oxford Handbook of LMX and been presented at national and international conferences. My dissertation addresses the role of individual identity in perceptions of career success and the impact leaders play in supporting employee identity. Prior to pursuing a PhD, I served as the chief congressional affairs liaison for the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Command in New Cumberland, PA and strategic planner for the Naval Supply Systems Command Headquarters in Mechanicsburg, PA.
